Commitment, Love, Life Union
Want to Commemorate and Celebrate your love and commitment?
Some do not see the need to document their union with a formal marriage, but still want to announce and celebrate their love with a Ceremony.
A Ceremony, of Commitment, Love, or Life Union, can be held anywhere. It can be a grand event, or held with (or without) all the bells & whistles, tuxedos & gowns. Consider the simplicity of a sunrise on the beach.
In addition, if you reside in NSW, and want to register your relationship, you can under the Relationships Register Act 2010 (NSW), and so subject to eligibility, your “commitment relationship”, your relationship can be registered at the NSW Registry of Births, Deaths & Marriages (see eligibility below), however, you can still have a ceremony with me
Even if you don’t qualify for NSW registration, or are not concerned with the legalities of that registration, we can still prepare a wonderful Ceremony.

Relationships Registration in NSW
-
- To be eligible to have your relationship registered with the NSW Registry of Births, Deaths & Marriages, at least one person in the relationship must reside in NSW.
- Neither applicant needs to be a temporary or permanent resident of Australia.
- If so, you are eligible if you and your partner are:
- over 18 years of age
- not married to each other or anyone else
- not already in a registered relationship under this Act or in another state or territory in Australia
- not in a relationship as a couple with another person
- not related by family.
